Worst customer service experience ever! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
During their posted opening hours, I turned up to the store twice to find it closed with a sign on the door stating that it was "closed due to unforseen circumstances". I called the 1300 number on their website only to be told that it directs to Adelaide and they can't help me with any of the stores in Queensland. The number they gave me went straight to voice mail - so no help there. I emailed their Queensland office using the contact information from their website asking when the store will be open again - no reply. I phoned the store throughout the day on the advertised phone number at least three times - no reply and through to voice mail. I eventually got hold of someone at the Queensland Admin. office at 2.30pm. Keep in mind that I first went to the store at 8:30am and again at 10am. I finally spoke with someone to ask when this store was going to open again. By this time I'm wondering if I'm going to get my clothes back. The lady on the end of the line sounded surprised and put me hold. When she came back on the line her response was simply "well there's someone there now and she's been there since about 9:45am". I said that was nonsense as I had been to the store at 10am and it was still closed. Her reply was well you can go there now.
After all of the running around, the stress of not knowing if I was getting my clothes back, if they had gone out of business with my belongings stuck with them, and running back and forth, and time on the phone and email, and the lady on the end of the line at the company could not care less.
There was no apology or even acknowledgement that what had happened was completely unprofessional. She was rude and dismissive. So, I'm local to this area and I'm telling everyone about what I experienced here and advising them to save themselves an ordeal and take their dry cleaning elsewhere. Good day.
